      Mercy Flights is accepting applications for full-time Flight Nurses.

      Mercy Flights was established in 1949 and is one of the nation’s oldest non-profit Air Ambulance Services. We provide high quality clinical service, at a reasonable cost, for helicopter and fixed wing transport, and 911 ALS ground transport. This unique candidate will have the opportunity to work on both platforms of the air medical program. You will work as a member of a nurse/paramedic team performing critical care inter-facility fixed wing transports and helicopter scene responses.

      Position Information:

      • Full-time
      • This position requires shift work which includes 24 hours on 24 hours off 24 hours on, 5 days off in a two (2) week period. Days and hours of work can include any day between Sunday through Saturday and any time between 12:00 am and 12:00 pm. This position occasionally requires long hours outside of scheduled shifts.
      • Starting Pay rate: Market comparable (Depending on Qualifications)

      Qualification Requirements:

      • Associates or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of nursing
      • Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) License
      • Three (3) years current experience in ED or ICU required. Recent Flight Paramedic or Flight Nurse (RN) experience preferred
      • Oregon Driver’s License (required to obtain within 30 days of hire, if relocating from another state)
      • BLS, ACLS and PALS or PEPP required
      • Certified Flight RN (CFRN) Certification (must obtain within 18 months of employment date)
      • NRP and STABLE certifications (must obtain within 12 months of employment date)
      • TPATC certification (must obtain within 18 months of employment date)
      • Oregon EMT or Oregon Paramedic License preferred
      • Due to aircraft requirements, body weight must be 230lbs or less.
