What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary contact for scheduling and dispatching aircraft and crew
- Coordinate aircraft schedules based on various requirements
- Communicate and maintain relationships with aircraft owners, crew, and passengers
- Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations within flight support's purview
- Resolve customer requests, questions, and concerns effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Aviation, or Business Management preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in flight coordination, dispatch, or charter
- FAA Dispatchers license preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of FAR Part 135 and FAR Part 91 operations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in resolving AOG and other trip interruption events
- Knowledge of a charter business and its components and requirements
