What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales performance by managing distributor relationships and implementing effective distribution programs
- Analyze shipment and depletion performance, developing plans to optimize account performance
- Collaborate with key accounts and distributors to execute marketing promotion campaigns
- Conduct business reviews to assess performance against goals and strategize future actions
- Utilize sales data to inform decision-making and improve overall sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Wine & Liquor industry
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in data analysis
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with sales data platforms, particularly Whiteboard
- Established relationships within the Wine & Liquor industry
- Proven success in developing and executing sales incentive programs
- Familiarity with key account programming and management strategies
