What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales and profit volume within the territory by implementing distribution programs and managing distributor relationships
- Develop and review sales performance metrics and implement corrective plans as needed
- Establish lasting relationships with key chain account decision makers and execute marketing promotion campaigns
- Analyze competitive activity and pricing strategies to strengthen Luxco’s market position
- Utilize sales data platforms to manage opportunities and ensure administrative deadlines are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in place of a degree
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the wine and liquor industry
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in oral and written communication
- Critical and analytical thinking abilities to assess sales data and market trends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience managing distributor sales teams
- Familiarity with point-of-sale management and marketing strategies in the spirits industry
- Proven track record of developing new accounts and enhancing existing relationships
