Shift patterns: 2 weeks of days and 2 weeks of afters

DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Flow Control Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• Manage the day to day work prioritisation and automation associated operations,
• Spot bottle neck issues via the control room screens and order management systems.
• proactively engage with engineers to manage and minimize downtime
• Do you have experience with WMS - JDA and Korber and WCS - Shaffer and Vanderlande?

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Must have experience of managing a team (even if only a small team)
• IT and Numeracy literate,
• Ability to communicate effectively, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Do you have experience with Data Review and Analysis?
• Do you have experience with WMS and WCS systems?

A recognised qualification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics will be well received, however is not essential.
