What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience as a Financial Management Information Systems Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and financial software applications
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CISA, CFA)
- Experience with financial regulatory compliance (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley Act, GDPR)
- Knowledge of Maryland state financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Public Trust background check is required
