      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the lifecycle of employees on leave through the employer's software and support channels
      - Provide troubleshooting support for employees and their managers regarding leave-related inquiries
      - Serve as a resource for employees on leave, answering questions about U.S. state and federal leave laws and company policies
      - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and improve service delivery
      - Communicate directly with regulatory agencies and third parties as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success or support, with knowledge of paid and unpaid Leave of Absence in the U.S.
      - Strong passion for helping individuals navigate complex regulations and policies
      - Excellent research skills and ability to translate compliance literature for a non-policy savvy audience
      - Effective and empathetic communication style
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with a startup or in a B2B SaaS environment
      - Familiarity with the leave compliance space
      - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
      - Commitment to continuous self-development and professional growth
      - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams
