      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the lifecycle of employees on leave through the employer's software and support channels
      - Provide troubleshooting support for employees and their managers
      - Partner with internal experts to answer questions regarding U.S. state and federal leave laws and company policies
      - Advocate for customers internally by collaborating across multiple departments
      - Communicate directly with regulatory agencies and third parties as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success or support with extensive knowledge in Leave of Absence within the United States
      - Demonstrated ability to research policies and compliance literature
      - Clear, articulate, and empathetic communication style
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies
      - Familiarity with the leave compliance space

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with a startup and/or in a B2B SaaS business
      - A passion for helping people navigate complex regulations
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
      - Experience in a customer-facing role within the healthcare or human resources industry
