What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and execute projects as assigned
- Manage ingredient database updates, including data entry and costing
- Collaborate with team members to establish clear project metrics and goals
- Assist with MenuWorks data projects and create meeting summaries
- Communicate with internal teams regarding new products and ingredient changes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in Dietetics or related field, or 4-year degree in dietetics
- Registered Dietetic Technician with the American Dietetic Association or Registered Dietitian preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and nutrition or related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Culinary degree and ACF certification of CCC or better
- Experience in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation and effective organizational skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities
