What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory, industry, and proprietary brand standards for clients
- Observe food preparation and cooking practices to uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with clients to identify and address discrepancies, developing corrective action plans
- Educate and coach clients on creating safer and healthier work environments
- Travel approximately 50% of the time, including 8-10 overnight stays per month

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to obtain CP-FS certification within 1 year of hire
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and evenings
- Willingness to travel by car and/or plane up to 50% of the time
- Capability to lift 32 lbs chest high and perform physical tasks including stooping and kneeling
- Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle record search

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong technical knowledge of food safety
- ServSafe and/or CP-FS Certification(s)
- Experience in roles such as Teacher, Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, or Quality Assurance Food Auditor
