What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct assessments to measure conformity to regulatory, industry, and proprietary brand standards for clients
- Observe food preparation and cooking standards to ensure food safety, health, and sanitation practices
- Partner with clients to identify root causes of assessment discrepancies and develop corrective action plans
- Teach and coach clients on creating a safer and healthier workplace for their staff and customers
- Travel approximately 50% of the time, including up to 8 overnight stays per month

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must meet the requirements to obtain CP-FS certification within 1 year of hire
- Available to work Monday-Friday as well as Saturdays and evenings as needed
- Desire and ability to travel via car and/or plane up to 50% of the time
- Ability to lift 32 lbs chest high and perform tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
- Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle record search

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong technical knowledge of food safety is preferred
- ServSafe and/or CP-FS Certification(s) are a plus
- Experience in roles such as Teacher, Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, Kitchen Manager, or Quality Assurance Food Auditor
