Monday-Friday, Day Shift

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of dietary operations, from meal planning to compliance and staff supervision

• Ensure residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals in a welcoming environment

• Lead and mentor dietary staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability

• Coordinate with nursing and clinical teams to meet individual dietary needs

• Ensure full compliance with DOH regulations, sanitation standards, and safety protocols

• Proven experience in food service leadership, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting

• Knowledge of DOH dietary guidelines and best practices in food safety

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a passion for resident-centered care
