What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide advanced customer service and troubleshooting assistance to field service technicians via phone and email
- Utilize service manuals and wiring diagrams to diagnose and repair a wide range of food service equipment
- Manage a call volume of approximately 150 per week
- Collaborate with service coordinators on equipment-related inquiries
- Document and recommend changes for technical content used by end-users

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with electric, gas, and refrigeration food service equipment
- EPA Certification required
- Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse audiences
- Ability to take initiative and ownership of problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal software programs
