Job Title: FANS Technician

Job Description

The Technician at Hillcrest Medical Center is responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained. The position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates will be servicing, restocking, and providing food services to the customers within the cafeteria for 8+ hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Service and restock cafeteria food items.
• Provide excellent customer service within the cafeteria.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the facility.
• Work either AM or PM shifts from 6:30 AM to 9:30 PM.
• Follow a rotating weekend schedule, working two weekends per month.
• Retrieve and adhere to schedules provided 3-6 weeks in advance.

Essential Skills

• 1.5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Retail, or Food Service.
• Strong work history.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Food Service and Handling experience preferred.
• Not afraid to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Team-first mentality; no job is too big to complete.

Work Environment

This role is based in a healthcare setting where you will encounter a variety of situations. Emphasis is placed on customer service. The facility is equipped with cameras to ensure safety and accountability. Shifts are from Monday to Friday with rotating weekends.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $14.54 - $14.54/hr.
