What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve sales quotas for Ford Pro products and services
- Conquest new fleets and grow existing fleet parts and service sales
- Wholesale parts growth and repair order loyalty growth
- Identify bid opportunities and assist in bid responses
- Travel with dealership outside sales reps to support fleet customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of commission-based sales experience with cold calling
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and sales skills
- Deep product/service knowledge in fleet solutions
- Industry knowledge of fleet management trends and competitors
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree preferred
- 3-5 years of fleet/commercial automotive experience preferred
- Experience with solutions-based selling
