What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve quotas for Ford Pro products and services
- Conquest new fleets/grow existing fleets parts and service sales
- Wholesale parts growth and repair order/service loyalty growth

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of commission-based sales experience with cold calling
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Experience in fleet/commercial automotive sales preferred
- Strong sales skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Analytical skills and excellent customer service capabilities
