What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and maintain forecasting, capacity, and budget models for both back office and telephony operations
- Monitor assumptions and actual results against plans to deliver efficient solutions that enhance employee engagement and business efficiency
- Assist in the production of insights and performance improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to meet business and customer demands
- Create and distribute PowerPoint presentations for Capacity Plan meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA Degree in Business or IT preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational roles with a proven delivery record
- Experience working to targets to improve customer, people, or cost metrics
- Proficient in basic statistical modeling and experience in customer-facing operational environments
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with advanced Excel proficiency
