What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and maintain forecasting, capacity, and budget models
- Monitor assumptions & actual results against plan to drive efficiency
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships for business success
- Assist in the production of insight and performance improvement opportunities
- Build Power Point presentations for distribution and Capacity Plan meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA Degree in Business or IT preferred
- 2+ years' experience in operational roles with a delivery record
- Strong analytical/critical thinking skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the life insurance industry
- Experience of basic statistical modeling
- Ability to collaborate and engage people in change
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and processing documentation/modeling tools
- Flexible regarding work hours and overtime
