      What to expect:

      Martin Marietta is seeking a Foreman to join our team. This individual will be responsible for safely and efficiently supervising onsite operational activities which may include pit and/or plant production (secondary processing plant), plant maintenance, and mobile equipment operations. Additionally, the foreman is responsible for providing leadership to hourly workforce to ensure safe and efficient production, maintenance, and customer service.

      You may be a good fit if you:

      u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mining, Civil), Business, or equivalent experience
      u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Have 2+ years' experience in aggregate operations with understanding of mineral processing equipment such as crushers, screens, conveyors, and associated mobile equipment
      u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Have a minimum 1-year of supervisory experience in a mining environment
      u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Possess excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; strong planning skills
      u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Are Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
      u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Have experience with pit design/exploration, drilling, blasting, inventory control, inventory measures and customer service preferred
      u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Have the ability to work flexible schedule as required; including nights and weekends
