      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and execute specialized data collection plans in response to pending litigation
      - Assess client information assets to determine potential evidence locations
      - Document procedures and findings for each case in a project management system
      - Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and IT personnel to meet requirements
      - Research and maintain proficiency in advanced data collection and digital forensics methods

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two to three years of professional hands-on experience in electronic data collection related to e-discovery or law enforcement
      - Bachelor's degree in Digital Forensics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field is strongly preferred
      - Proven ability to convey technical information effectively to diverse audiences
      - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
      - Experience using EnCase, FTK, and other industry-standard software and tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Hands-on experience with write-blocking devices and a variety of digital forensic hardware
      - Familiarity with DOS, Windows, MAC, and UNIX operating systems
      - Good technical report writing skills
      - Knowledge of computer and mobile device hardware, network architecture, and email systems
      - Ability to communicate data collection methodologies clearly in varying scenarios
