Formula Manager

Work Location: Satigny, Geneva, Switzerland

Key Responsibilities:

• Perfumery formula maintenance
• Support the review & improvement of ingredients and formula data management processes (quality/integrity, confidentiality)
• Implement raw materials & formulae specifications changes
• Develop and generate appropriate reports to support any business and department needs
• Provide necessary information at raw material & formula level to ensure business continuity in case of shortages and regulatory/safety changes
• Provide support to creators and business
• Project management related to formulae lifecycle

You bring:

• BSc or MSc degree in Science, or equivalent in Chemistry or Biochemistry
• Experience in the Fragrance & Flavors Industry ideally in formulae and raw materials management
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Fluent in French and English
• Business oriented mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ability to identify and solve issue (root cause)
