      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle development and maintenance of drug formularies within the formulary management application
      - Conduct weekly and monthly Rx drug maintenance and update processes
      - Manage client formulary update requests and implement preferred drug lists
      - Generate and distribute formulary reports, ensuring accurate communication with clients
      - Respond to internal and external client consultations in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Pharmacy Technician associate degree from an accredited institution
      - 1-2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare environment or at a pharmacy benefit manager
      - Current, valid, and unrestricted state or Puerto Rico Pharmacy Technician license/registry certificate
      - Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required
      - General knowledge of major drug categories and pharmacy terminology

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in retail pharmacy operations and understanding of insurance billing
      - Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Strong mathematical skills for calculations involving various units of measure
