What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales growth within assigned accounts and overall additive products across all channels
- Develop and execute account growth plans, including sales forecasting and producer meetings
- Cultivate relationships and leverage resources to identify opportunities for additive sales
- Generate technical content for marketing, including articles, presentations, and sales tools
- Collaborate on additive research execution and provide market insights to internal and external partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Animal Science, Nutrition, Microbiology, or Immunology in Ruminants
- Experience in feed additive or animal health account management in the commercial livestock industry
- Strong understanding of the impacts of additives on animal health and performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and SalesForce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Track record of presenting complex technology and novel additive concepts clearly
- Formulation experience in animal nutrition products
- Understanding of gut health, gut receptor biology, and immunity related to production animals
- Experience in the design, research, and delivery of novel feed additives to the market
- Aspiration to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
