What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales growth within assigned accounts and overall additive product lines
- Develop and execute account growth plans, including sales forecasting and producer meetings
- Cultivate relationships and leverage resources to identify opportunities for additive sales
- Create technical content for marketing, including articles, presentations, and sales tools
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide market insights and competitor intelligence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Animal Science, Nutrition, Microbiology, or Immunology focused on monogastrics
- Experience in feed additive or animal health account management within the commercial livestock industry
- Strong understanding of the impacts of additives on animal health and performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and SalesForce

- Formulation experience in the context of feed additives
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset
