- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education, training and related professional experience.
- Minimum of two-years of professional experience in administrative support or project management.
- Demonstrate advanced technology and computer proficiency, including database management, spreadsheets, and software tools essential for organizing and maintaining accurate records.
The Foundation Coordinator at Casa Colina Foundation plays a vital role in supporting all departments within the Foundation by combining traditional administrative responsibilities with project coordination and event support. This position requires strong project management skills to assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of various Foundation and Hospital initiatives. Key duties include a variety of administrative and clerical tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, internal coordination, and logistical support for events, requiring excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
