Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, flexible and well organised individual to join our Foundation Pharmacist Team as an Operational Support Officer
This permanent post will be working in a fast-paced environment as part of a friendly and supportive team. Full time, part time and flexible working arrangements can be considered for the successful applicant.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to support the administration functions of the Foundation Pharmacist programme.
Main duties of the job
Provide comprehensive administration support, including maintenance of trainee database systems, organisation of events and provision of technical support for virtual study days
establish and proactively maintain effective relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
ensure the foundation team are compliant with required internal processes such as Information Governance, procurement and Welsh language policies.
Oversee financial processes including tracking spend against budget, raising purchase orders for goods/services and managing the payment of grants/off payroll workers.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
