What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and review accurate and timely financial and business-related analyses, research, and forecasts
- Compile and prepare comprehensive reports, utilizing tables, graphs, and charts to convey information effectively
- Collect and synthesize information from various areas to build models that provide insight into business dynamics
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting, including variance analysis and sensitivity testing
- Lead special financial and business-related studies to support project objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of FP&A experience required
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
- Strong analytical skills, both numerical and verbal
- Financial modeling experience and a solid understanding of strategic planning

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with TM1 Financial Reporting & Planning tools
