What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for financial performance improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and insightful financial reports
- Continuously improve and streamline financial processes, automating routine tasks
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist with variance analysis between actual results and forecasts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- Proven experience of 5+ years in FP&A, data analytics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation and data modeling
- Experience with Excel, financial modeling, and analysis
- Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting, and budgeting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning tools (e.g., SAP, Deltek, Adaptive Planning)
- Familiarity with SQL and database management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
