      Are you passionate about helping SaaS companies achieve massive growth and impact in the world? The SaaS Academy Team is on a mission to help B2B SaaS Companies grow to new heights through world-class coaching, training, and community. As a Strategic Coach with us, you will have the opportunity to work with a portfolio of 15-45 B2B SaaS Founders, and be part of a team that has helped over 2,000 SaaS founders scale their businesses beyond what they thought possible. You are seeking a way to supplement the great work you already do in your field, driving SaaS founder success.

      As a Strategic Coach, you will coach our clients to develop strategies to grow their B2B SaaS businesses and support their development as leaders with our proven frameworks and playbooks. You’ll engage with each client in 1-on-1 via Zoom, to them up for success.

      As a Strategic Coach in our SaaS Academy Program, you will focus on setting a clear path forward for Founders over 6 calls throughout the year to ensure our clients receive a world-class experience. You will leverage your expertise in related SaaS functional business areas to provide 1:1 coaching to our founders on an as-needed basis, when assigned by the Success Manager.

      The primary responsibilities of the Strategic Coach role, include, but are not limited to:

      Core Responsibilities

      • Conducting personalized one-on-one coaching sessions with B2B SaaS founders
      • Developing customized Annual Vision plans and Quarterly Strategic Gameplans to help clients focus and execute on the right things throughout the year
      • Facilitating Annual Vision Retrospectives to help clients reflect on achievements and progress
      • Being available a minimum of 15-20 hours per month for client coaching sessions, based on client count
      • Collaborating with Success Managers as needed to deliver an outstanding client experience
      • Staying up-to-date on SaaS industry trends and leadership best practices
      • Continuously evaluating and improving your coaching strategies, skills, and abilities to ensure clients receive the best possible experience
      • Providing input to our program curriculum to help us continually improve our playbooks and resources to support our clients

      Experience and Qualifications

      • Required SaaS Founder Coach Experience: You will have proven experience coaching SaaS founders - having coached C-Level SaaS executives alone is not comprehensive enough for this role; we need someone who has coached founders directly.

      • SaaS Experience: You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the SaaS space, possessing deep experience with the SaaS business model.

      • Executive presence: You will have an engaging presence that inspires our client.

      • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrated ability to think and act like an entrepreneur, with a track record of innovative thinking and proactive problem-solving in the SaaS industry.

      • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with SaaS tools and platforms, coupled with a strong interest in staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

      • Personal Branding: Proven ability to establish a strong personal brand within the SaaS community, showcasing thought leadership and a clear stance on industry topics through content creation, speaking engagements, or other visible platforms.

      • Position titles that some of our current coaches hold or have held:
        • Founder, Co-Founder
        • C-Suite (CEO, CSO, COO, CMO, CPO)
        • Fractional C-suite (CTO, CXO)
        • Director/Vice President of Client Success, Operations, Analytics, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering & Development, Product Management in a SaaS business
        • Startup/Board Advisor/VC
