      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Manage the entire franchise sales process from prospect research to conversion
      - Set and achieve quarterly and annual franchise sales goals in collaboration with the leadership and sales teams
      - Prepare regular reports on account status and sales forecasts
      - Collaborate with the operations team to improve sales funnel effectiveness and achieve impact goals
      - Utilize tools, systems, and resources to support prospects and new franchisees throughout the application process

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
      - 5+ years of experience in franchise sales
      - Extensive network of franchise owners across the US, with a focus on Delaware or Illinois
      - Strong persuasion and influencing skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proven track record of sales and negotiation success
      - Knowledge of franchise legal parameters and guidelines
      - Ability to build and maintain client relationships
      - Strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
      - Interest in business strategy, energy efficiency, and sustainability
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Willingness to travel as needed
