      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze network traffic and orders to assess risk and mitigate fraud
      - Handle inbound calls regarding suspected fraud, identity theft, and credits
      - Make outgoing calls to follow up on fraud orders and secure equipment
      - Review traffic patterns and orders for fraudulent activity and create cases for customers
      - Operate in a fast-paced environment requiring timely data analysis and decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Excellent communication skills
      - Must have high-speed internet and the ability to connect directly to an ethernet portal
      - Must provide your own computer monitor; remaining equipment will be provided

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout your shift with minimal distractions
      - Possess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs
      - Schedule flexibility to work within hours of operation, 7 days a week between 8 a.m. and 12:30 a.m.
      - Superb attendance to ensure customer support availability
