      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze network traffic and orders to assess risk and mitigate fraud
      - Handle inbound calls regarding suspected fraud traffic, identity theft, and credits
      - Make outgoing calls to follow up on fraud orders and secure equipment
      - Review traffic patterns and orders for fraudulent activity
      - Create cases for customers and update order information related to fraud

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must provide your own computer monitor; remaining equipment will be provided
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Must have a dedicated workspace free of distractions
      - Excellent communication skills and high-speed internet with ability to connect directly to an ethernet portal

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout your shift with minimal distractions
      - Possess computer/technology savvy with the ability to operate multiple windows and tabs smoothly
      - Superb attendance record to ensure availability when customers need assistance
      - Schedule flexibility to work within hours of operation, 7 days a week between 8 a.m. and 12:30 a.m.
