What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and investigate unusual financial activities indicative of fraud and financial crime
- Conduct thorough analyses of account and transaction histories to detect fraud patterns
- Coordinate fraud investigations and recovery processes with external firms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automated solutions and optimize user experience
- Present investigation findings to stakeholders and contribute to policy development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of analytical experience in the financial services industry
- Strong research and investigation skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail
- Knowledge of fraud schemes and regulatory compliance, including FINRA and SEC rules

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SQL and dashboard creation
- Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Anti-Threat Finance (ATF), and OFAC-related analysis
- Proven track record of identifying process improvements and automation opportunities
