What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review account activity to identify risk and prevent losses due to fraudulent activity in member accounts
- Process ATM and debit card disputes while adhering to related regulations and internal procedures
- Assist in identifying fraud trends and creating mitigation strategies
- Document and investigate regulatory claims from members and make recommendations for proper resolutions
- Assist with the review of suspect membership and loan applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of related investigative experience with emphasis on consumer account fraud
- 4-year college degree or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services and current fraud trends
- Familiarity with banking regulations such as the Uniform Commercial Code and Regulation E
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Experience in a financial institution or similar environment
- Proficiency in basic applications in a Windows-based environment, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
- Strong customer service skills
