What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Leverage performance data to develop best-in-class fraud policies and strategies
- Conduct root cause analyses of individual fraud events to inform fraud defenses
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to implement fraud policies
- Monitor and research fraud risk metrics to mitigate risk factors effectively
- Partner with data scientists to build and utilize fraud risk models in policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fraud risk management or a quantitative strategy role
- Minimum 2 years of experience using SQL, Python, or R for data retrieval and manipulation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
