What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of candidate evaluation, job matching, and sourcing strategies
- Ability to work independently in a remote, freelance environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus
