• Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including candidate communication and feedback.
• Keep detailed records of recruitment activities and maintain candidate databases.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter in various roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
