What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sign on carriers requiring driver staffing and compliance services
- Earn commissions from carriers for ongoing hires
- Promote the employer's comprehensive services, including DOT compliance and driver management
- Maintain relationships with signed carriers to ensure continued business
- Utilize strong communication skills to facilitate interactions with potential clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 months of sales or recruiting experience in any capacity
- Strong communication skills
- Positive and driven personality
- Trucking knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or recruiting within the trucking industry
- Familiarity with FMCSA regulations and compliance services
