Technical Skills (Must haves):

• Experience with interviewing candidates for IT roles
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Experience with resume databases and good knowledge and use of an Applicant Tracking Systems
• Create a seamless candidate experience throughout all the interview stages
• Negotiation of pay rates with Candidates

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, especially in remote work environments.
