- Drive sales initiatives within TransAtlantic, TransPacific, and Mexico/Canada trade lanes
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster business growth

- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective selling approaches
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Over 5-7 years of Outside Sales experience in freight forwarding
- Experience working in a freight forwarding company
- Proven track record of sales success
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Existing book of business in the freight forwarding industry
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and logistics processes
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset
