      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process
      - Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a courteous manner
      - Handle reservations efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information and payment
      - Maintain a secure cash bank and accurately report daily receipts
      - Assist guests with luggage and provide knowledge about local attractions and hotel services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Experience with hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Basic computational and computer skills
      - Ability to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods

      - Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry
      - Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems
