      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide clinical and clerical support to ensure quality, compassionate care in a virtual Value-Based Care environment
      - Accept and manage incoming phone calls, performing protocol-based triage and routing calls to appropriate providers
      - Review daily schedules for pre-visit preparations, ensuring all necessary patient information is available
      - Contact patients at risk of "no-show" appointments and assist with onboarding new patients
      - Complete forms for provider review and assist the care team in managing health needs of the patient population

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Medical Assistant Certification or at least 2 years of clinical experience in an inpatient or outpatient setting
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ambulatory clinical environment
      - Fluency in Spanish
      - Demonstrated competency with an Electronic Health Record System (EHRS)
