We are looking for an awesome and passionate Front End Developer for one of our teams in Nicosia. This team develops hybrid mobile applications using the latest technologies. Are you the one we are looking for?

Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality hybrid mobile applications using frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or Ionic.
• Adapting look and feel of each application to target platform standards (IOS, Android)
• Ensure the performance, responsiveness, and usability of the applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our mobile app offerings.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Keep the codebase clean and maintainable.
• Performs software and system testing procedures, bug verification, releases testing, and beta support.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience: 2+ years of professional experience in Hybrid Mobile Application Development or Web Application Development
• Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Desirable Skills and Experience

• 1+ years' experience developing native or hybrid mobile applications in IOS, Android, or ideally, both – including things like updating manifests and working to get applications approved by stores.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and related libraries and frameworks, especially ReactJS.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• In depth understanding of Object Oriented programming and functional programming patterns.
• Familiarity with mobile application design patterns (e.g. MVC, MVP, MVVM)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile app integration.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with mobile app testing and debugging tools (e.g. ADB, Xcode).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience with React and/or NextJs frameworks will be considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in hybrid mobile application development using technologies like React Native, Flutter, or Ionic will be considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in native application development using technologies like C#, Java and Swift will be considered an advantage
