Position Overview

• Front-End Managers help to create an outstanding customer experience by providing exceptional service.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Create an environment which enables customers to feel welcomed, important and appreciated.
• Share and maintain knowledge of products sold throughout the store and be able to respond to questions from customers.
• Monitor and control supply expenses.
• Manage the scheduling of Front-end employees to provide
• superior service.
• Assist store management in preparing store budgeting and employee reviews.
• Responsible for cash shortages and loss prevention issues related to the department.
• Communicate, train and develop employees to exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe and highly functioning work area.
• Reinforce safety programs by complying with established procedures.
• Notify management of customer or employee incidents.
• Report all safety risks or issues and illegal activity.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Performs other duties as needed or assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Demonstrate responsibility for the execution of best practices.
• Direct the successful daily functions of the front-end operations.
