What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and update the employer's web platform and other digital properties
- Build engaging and interactive web pages using WordPress from design files (PSDs, Adobe XD, Figma) that are responsive and SEO-friendly
- Manage and execute content updates on the employer's website
- Oversee digital projects from initial scoping and requirements gathering through to QA, launch, and ongoing optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of digital initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in front-end web development with strong hand coding skills in HTML, CSS, and responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap)
- Proficiency in WordPress PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience managing and updating a portfolio of websites
- Strong design and layout skills with a focus on web/mobile UI/UX
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with maintaining and optimizing digital properties for SEO
- Familiarity with website analytic tools (e.g., Matomo, GA4, Google Tag Manager)
- Experience with A/B testing and content targeting/personalization
- Resourceful team player with a growth mindset
