What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle and respond promptly to inquiries from clients and their representatives regarding questions, report status, concerns, or general requests for information
- Utilize appropriate systems and databases to enter client or examinee information and retrieve relevant data
- File and archive open and closed cases efficiently
- Perform a wide range of data processing and clerical duties, including data preparation, data entry, data tracking, documentation, typing, filing, emailing, and proofreading
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data and documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role
- Familiarity with client management systems or databases
- Strong proofreading and editing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles
