What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle and respond promptly to inquiries from clients and their representatives regarding questions, report status, concerns, or general requests for information
- Perform a wide range of data processing tasks, including data preparation, data entry, data tracking, documentation, and filing
- Maintain daily contact with the QA department regarding workflow and pending report status
- Perform various clerical duties such as typing, filing, emailing, and proofreading as required
- Support the coordination of client communication and documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Proven experience in administrative support or related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data processing or client coordination
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
