What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct and respond to inbound calls and inquiries from clients
- Schedule examinations through the system database
- Prepare and send exam notification letters and records
- Review and process medical documents
- Accurately enter both alphabetic and numeric data from source documents into the system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with data entry and document processing
- Exceptional phone and listening skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and terminology
