      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers intending to cancel their insurance coverage
      - Assist customers in understanding the importance of maintaining their coverage and provide policy maintenance
      - Answer questions about policy benefits and premiums, documenting information accurately in the database
      - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while gathering customer information
      - Work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have a high school diploma or GED
      - Previous customer service experience
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of using computer and keyboard functions
      - Must type 30 words per minute; pre-employment assessment required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer retention role or similar position
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Ability to analyze information and make logical conclusions
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Desire to learn and grow within the company
