      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide excellent customer service during each call with customers
      - Contribute towards successful achievement of customer service KPIs, such as call time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
      - Handle high call volume through inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and chat support
      - Act as the liaison between customers, partners, and sales consultants
      - Provide knowledge and in-depth advice regarding hearing loss

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
      - Proficient in using call center software and tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a call center environment
      - Knowledge of hearing loss products and services
      - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish
      - Previous experience with KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics
      - Familiarity with CRM systems
